Parenting & co-parenting Focus & support group

 Let's be real. Raising children is a true challenge. We don't always know what to do, but we try our best and at times we just try to get by and through the day. 

We wanted to create a community of parents that have taken our Parenting Seminar because, what we have found, is that parents leave our seminar feeling good and motivated to practice exercises leading to better communication and understanding with their co-parent and children.  

Our children and partnerships are precious to us and we tell our selves that everything we do is for them. We make sure the bills are paid, food is on the table, we make sure to teach our kids to clean their rooms, brush their teeth, do their homework. We try to get them into activities or arrange play dates. We do all these things but too often, we forget how to talk to our kids, and to our partners. We get caught up in the every day tasks and before you know it, its dinner time and you are exhausted, and all you can think about is all the things you want to do, need to do and have to do. Which, then leads us to having no energy or time to spend on working on our relationships with the people we love the most. We forget to put energy into the foundation of our relationships and lose patience when we face conflict and are forced to deal with each other. 

Chances are, if you are reading this, you understand that you need something to change and are looking for some guidance and you should be proud of yourself because getting to this place is hard work. We are here to share our experiences, go over key skills to help with communication and also we focus on areas where we would like to hold ourselves accountable for putting energy towards some kind of commitment to growth or change. 

We are honored to be able to hold this space for our members. We are excited to meet you and continue together to grow within our families and our community.
